[ she just feels... bad, for disappointing him. one of the reasons she even decided she needed to tell him was because she realized he would probably take it really badly otherwise. ]

[ okay well thats distracting enough in the "tries to hide that he's blushing" way and just. lets out one nervous laugh. ]

Oh... yeah. I don't think Akechi ever actually asked him if there were more than one Vizier? So Belph just never had a reason to mention there was a second one. And then the numbers got revealed so I... guess he just assumed we didn't know each other instead of Belph was protecting my identity?

[ it's kind of funny. it's actually very funny. ]

The assumptions wouldn't be as bad if he didn't go and... tell other people... those assumptions...

[ she has been dying slowly on the inside. ]

[ she hasn't spoken to any of them on role business so all her news is secondhand but. man. ]

... I'll probably tell Veronica and Ion. I just really needed to tell you first. I'm, I think Belph wants to talk to Veronica? I'm not entirely sure what they're going to talk about.

[ steph has no idea if the two of them are friends or not ]

I don't know. V's mentioned talking with Belph before, but I don't know that she likes him or anything...?

[ she doesn't sound like she does, anyway. ]

[ a little concerning, but she guesses they'll find out what their conversation was about at some point. ]

But I don't think she dislikes him either? So.

[ she is just highly concerned about belph accidentally annoying another one of her friends... she has worries... ]

Oh. Um. If I'm honest, I just wanted to know how it actually worked?

Well... every week we have to choose one person to check. We find out what faction they are, if they have a role, and if they can travel to any place that we can't.

For the role, we don't know which one it is, which is why Belph has to go and talk to them himself to figure it out.

Oh. That makes a lot more sense. [ hm ] But... "If they can travel to any place we can't"?

[ that's. oddly specific. ]

Our meetings take place in a throne room. So far we haven't run into anyone who has access to a room we don't though, so I'm not sure if that means other roles also use the throne room or if we're the only ones.

Oh. Can you tell if it's Tiger's or Dragon's? The Editors might have access to the other one.

I'm not sure. I was thinking that maybe it's for Blotters? Maybe for a week they're chosen they get to go to some other room, but--

[ wait.

why don't they just ask akechi........ ]

No, I mean-- Beauty, Hiro, he killed Tiger in a throne room. You're the one who told me about that. So he must have had access to it somehow, right?

[vigilantics]

[ she blinks. ]

It could have been the same one. I think that... it's more likely that both of them would have been there though? They both show up in our meetings. But the idea that he managed to kill her with Dragon in the room is...

Right... [ well. he may as well admit this: ] If you ever want to talk with Tiger or Dragon privately during the week, that throne room shows up.

Hm. So he asked for a meeting with her.

You don't even have to ask, you just need to want it.

[ hmmm ]

We could always ask Akechi if the Blotters met in a special room? Or, well. I could.

Yeah. I don't really see the point in us being able to see that option if no one else can go somewhere that we can't.

Logically, it's either the Editors or the Blotters. So, once I get an answer out of Akechi, we'll know for sure.
