The plus side is that I doubt people are going to be using their powers for no reason after the mess we had. And most people have probably at least tested theirs out by now, so that should save some confusion.
Some of them, I don't think we'd even be able to tell it was used. Not unless we saw whoever was murdered beforehand. [The suspicion curse, for instance, wouldn't leave behind anything physical.]

He sees what she means, though. It really isn't that helpful--using that in the middle of trial, for instance, would be extremely obvious.]
