So even if the circumstances aren't exact copies, it's probably being influenced by what happened to us before.

yin yu takes a long moment to consider what she's saying. sharks are dangerous animals, and the fact that lili got out of this was a blessing in its own right. she easily could have died. if she encountered them before...
his eyes widen, and every other thought in his head stops for one crystal-clear realization: neena killed flayn.

And, I believe it's safe to say that most places in this camp are 'risky', especially for those among our group who are not skilled in defending themselves. I am no stranger to these situations, and even I struggled.
... that's good to know. I can take care of myself too, but sometimes that's not enough in places like this.
[ especially since she's pretty sure there are people who are only used to fighting with powers, so having those taken away from them is definitely a setback. ]
