[If Steph wants to talk to Taako, he’s curled up in a beanbag chair in the Entertainment Room - kind of avoiding people for a bit, but. He won’t run if she wants to talk.]

[Holding up a half empty bottle of wine and shaking it around a bit.]

... how is Magnus?

[Taking . . . a very long swig at that.]

Angry with me, I think. I told him I wasn’t going to watch him die, though.

He would have done the same for you, if the situations were reversed.

Probably, but— I’m a coward, you know? I’m scared of dying. I’ve got a part of me that just wants to keep ticking, no matter fucking what, and maybe that part of me is all fucked up, but it’s there. It’s who I am. That’s not really Magnus. He’s . . . a better person, than I am. He’d have accepted it, if he’d gotten the vote. Might have even thought it was better if you guy did, so no one else would have to.

... I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting to live. Dying kind of sucks like, a lot.

But Magnus is a pretty great guy, yeah. I'd really like for him to make it 'til the end here. People like him make being here a little bit easier.

Yeah, well, me too. Think I might have just painted a target on his back for next week though. Guess we’ll see.

[ ... yeah. people might be more willing to kill someone who already did, even if it was in self-defense. ]

... it would be easier if we had any idea on how these people are choosing their victims. There's at least one repeat murderer.

Yeah, but we’d have to actually catch one of them to ask. Maybe they’re told what team to pick from, but if they’re not possessed or anything, then it’s probably not random.

Picking at random seems like it'll screw you ever, since there's the chance you could just be picking off your own teammates.

Yeah. Probably. Yeesh.

I mean— that’s why they’re encouraging us to share everything, right? To put it on the line in case someone is a killer scoping you out. Eugh.

Yeah... it's a calculated risk. You either get someone who can potentially give you an alibi, or it might screw you over.

I was told— I’ve been told by the Directors sharing is the way to get through this.

[Sighing.]

Guess it’s hard to believe it. Still— I’d. I’ve barely told anyone. You got an extra shot this week or already used it?

I haven't told anyone this week.

... I'm Irene Adler. I can make one person lose a suspicion of me per week. [ she mumbles ] Not sure what that can do if they tell someone else the suspicion though.

I’m Purple Heart. I can, uh. Make someone cry. It kind of felt like a personal attack on my character when I got that one, honestly.

I mean, I'm sure there are a lot of directors out there who would love to do that for their actors.
