[ a little after the trial ends, stephanie will go to track belph down again. if she doesn't run into him she figures she can try again the next day, at least.

Well, I think people are now going to keep a closer look out for who they can confide in since the war has officially started. So it'll... probably get a little easier for us to decide on who to look out for? Maybe?

[ although it also means they need to start talking to people earlier rather than later. ]
