... Might be something worth asking either of them—including the stuff mentioned in the letter. I confirmed that Sousei's a Historian, so we should be owed at least a partial answer as a reward.

As for Varian, he said his source also received a letter from Beauty. They're using owls to deliver them? So I assume they've only started communicating with people this week.
