week 2, Wednesday night

[ dick had left his key with Steph in the morning so she could move whatever stuff she needed to if any, and because he knew Some things might have happened.

and they have!!! which is probably why he's coming back late to the cabin with five scratch marks on the left side of his face, like a wild animal tried to take out his eye and missed, a bloody hole in his t-shirt around his stomach and another one on his right thigh. bandages are peeking through his clothes so he... at least... got that taken care of, but Some People only have one set of clothes, okay. it's fine.

he is clearly trying to sneak in quietly so he doesn't make any noise coming in but also, it's a one room cabin. I'm sure this will work out for him. ]

[it's the first time Akira has been back to chipmunks on Wednesday, so imagine his surprise when he finds a) a new roommate?? and b) Dick covered in wounds that he sure did not have on Tuesday]

[anyway Akira is sitting on his top bunk just sort of staring at Dick as he enters the cabin. then at Steph. then at Dick. then at Steph again]

[ steph is fine and good, she's a capable young lady, it's someone that is a little more concerning. you can't even get five minutes of peace around here can you.... especially when your roommates are not as sneaky as they think they are. ]

It's more like I am preventing a fight from happening before it starts, because it'll probably get ugly.

[I MEANT TO START THIS YESTERDAY, BUT WE ARE HERE NOW, SO IT'S FINE. anyway chipmunks assemble!! right outside the cabin. in the pouring rain. Akira is dressed in his poncho and he squints up at the rooftop like]

Does anyone know how to repair a leaky roof?
